God will bring us across our 'Red Sea' as He fights for us and we participate with Him

Last Sunday at church we saw a few things from the Word of God about how God brought His final deliverance to His people and brought them safely across the Red Sea onto the other side, and completely destroyed the Egyptians. Just as God brought deliverance to the Israelites, He'll do the same for us.

Exodus 14:13b-14 contains a great promise for all of us today as we overcome obstacles that stand in the way of us walking fully in His plans and purposes for our lives.

“Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. 14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

He loves to show Himself strong in the lives of His children today just as He did back then!

Exodus 14:15,16,26 NIV

15 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on. 16 Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground." 26 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may flow back over the Egyptians and their chariots and horsemen.”

Just as God brought deliverance to His children and completely destroyed the enemy as Moses obeyed, raised his staff and hand over the sea, so also He will do the same for us and fight for us as we obey, declare His promises, worship Him and pray unceasingly.

What is God asking each of us to do today? Let's be obedient to all that we know He is asking of us. Our obedience may hold the key to seeing God work His deliverance miraculously in our lives.

Let's continue to declare His promises, worship and pray.

God will bring us across our Red Sea, completely removing the obstacle that is standing in our way of where He wants us to be.
