It's not an understatement to say this recent season of lockdowns we're in have been very challenging in one form or another! The challenges look different for all of us, yet they are real. One thing that will keep us encouraged and give us the ability to not just survive, but thrive during challenging times is the soul food we get from our Heavenly Father. If we see our challenges and trials as a time of growth and refining, it changes our perspective, to look to Jesus, and to have an eternal perspective, asking Him what He wants to do in our lives through that season. God took me to this verse this morning for our church and I want to encourage you to see what He's saying in Isaiah 55:1-3 from the NLT.
